My name is Leslye Flores and I am a Mental Health Therapist. On the Mental Detox podcast, I combine my mental health expertise and mix it with a bit of my Christian faith. My goal is to break down some of the mental health stigma and provide you with the tools you need to show up as the best version of yourself.
