And Andrew Floro from Fair Trading has told Nine News, consumers should be able to trust that representations are truthful. These proceedings demonstrate our commitment to taking action where traders exploit community goodwill. 22:36 And if the allegations are proven the online retailer could face financial penalties, the company denies misleading any customers. Well, if that's the case, maybe turn up and look out for your mum and have a look at the squalor that she's been living in, right? 71:31 I mean, it's devastating. I mean, something must have, I guess, broken down in that relationship for things to have ended so horribly. 71:39 So the smell's still there? 71:41 Yeah, the smell is still there and other people in the building have started complaining, leaving notes up saying, you know, we need to do something, air it out, but then we can't air it out because then that lets rats in.
